Terms and Conditions

• The “Jose Maria da Fonseca Christmas Pize Draw” ends on the 24th December 2010 at 12pm  (GMT time);
• There will be 4 winners that will be chosen at random from all entries with the correct answers;
• The prize must be taken between the 2nd and the 31st January 2011;
• Only entries with name, email address and country of residence will be considered;
• The winners will be notified by email by Portugal Dream Coast until the end of December 2010;
• The winner’s names will feature on the website on the corresponding competition page;
• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and proof of age may be required before the prize is dispatched;
• The prize is not transferable to another date or another individual;
• There is no cash alternative to the prize;
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are not properly received due to communication systems beyond our control;
• After the prize is dispatched the winner needs to contact Jose Maria da Fonseca to book the day when the prize will be taken;
• The date of the tour will be scheduled according to the availability of Jose Maria da Fonseca;
• The prize does not include other meals,  flights or airport transfers.
