Who we are

João Lemos Cabral

CEO

João Lemos Cabral is a 25 year veteran of “Big It” Companies namely Microsoft, awarded many times for his achievements in different projects for many industries across the world.  He was born in Setubal and after spending the last 25 years around the world successfully helping companies and customers and visiting many places, he’s now dedicated to the project Portugal Dream Coast because he believes the Portugal Dream Coast has a huge natural tourism potential and also because he believes the resident people will benefit from that.

He built a strategic plan to develop the region and started Portugal Dream Coast several months ago with partnerships across all the region, employing the best professionals in the world in different subjects. He is establishing also, very important partnerships all around the world, with partners “best in class” in diferent arenas.

When he have time, he loves fishing, sports, movies , music, go to the beach, aquatic sports and read.
