On the next 22^nd May , it will take place a Hiking event on Serra S. Luis with several locals of high interest.

Its and excellent active Tourism activity. Hiking is also very popular in Arrábida Hills, wich have extraordinary conditions and linked with Setubal, Palmela and Sesimbra in Portugal.

Hikers will make a route that will cross Serra São Luís, Hermitage of São Luís da Serra and Pedrão.

With a steeply sloping path, hikers will have a four difficulty ratings (Rating IV) during the 8 km of walking. Time estimated of the hike : 3h30m .

This event is limited to 100 travels and the registration should be made until 20^th May, 4pm.

On 21st May, it will take place in the morning period a tour at Lapa do Fumo cave. Portugal is a country blessed by the Nature and Setubal region, specially Arrábida Hills, Sesimbra, Palmela and Setubal, have various and attractive places to discover.

This place, in Natural Park of Arrábida near Sesimbra (Portugal)presents to the visitor vestiges of human habitation since Paleolithic era.

It is a nice program for your first time in Speleology, because Lapa do Fumo cave had horizontal development.

If you are interested, you should use some soled shoes and stick cloth, both practice to use. All the security rules will be applied.

Miscellaneous equipment will be provided.

The meeting point is near Pinheiros village, at 9h 30am and it takes you 1/2 day.

Price : 15 € person, kids under 11 price is 50% of an adult.

The three castles Circuit will take place next 20th of May. The Tour includes 3 centenary Castles in Setúbal, Palmela and Sesimbra in Portugal.

It will start in the Tourism Office in Sesimbra.

During the day, the group (with a minimum of six participants) will have the opportunity to visit the Forte of Santiago in Praia de Sesimbra, Castle of Sesimbra, the Espichel Cape and the group will go to Vila Nogueira de Azeitão to Caves José Maria da Fonseca Caves (with a proof of 3 wines).

In Arrábida, it will be possible to admire Convent of Arrábida, Portinho da Arrábida and Forte of São Filipe in Setúbal.

Finally, the Castle of Palmela, visit to the Church of São Lourenço with tiles from the XVIII century and return to Sesimbra.
